In a school where academic reigns supreme and sports are relegated to a dusty corner of the campus, Li Ying vows to revive the basketball team by volunteering to be the head coach. Her first member is Yuan Da Ying, a country boy who is passionate for basketball but has no skill. Their recruitment goes into high gear when Dong Fang Xiang, a legendary basketball player, transfers to their school. Around the same time, Yuan Da Ying falls for Zhan Jie Er, a scholarship student who reminds him of his childhood friend. The much awaited sequel to the successful It Started With A Kiss (ISWAK) titled “They Kiss Again” will be on your TV screens this November if you are in Taiwan. For non-Taiwan residents, don’t despair, fans will definitely record each episode and upload them to all the video sharing websites. Joe Cheng and Ariel Lin will be reprising their roles as Zhi Shu and Xiang Qin respectively. Season 1 ended with them getting married and so Season 2 will begin with their honeymoon. The usual problems that arises in a marriage and their chosen career path will be the focus of the story. They both went to a medical school. Zhi Shu will be confronted by people who wants to outshine him and Xian Qin on the other hand will be troubled by a girl in her husband’s past.

I enjoyed watching Season 1 although mostly because of the funny antics of their parents most especially Zhi Shu’s mother. I hope Ariel Lin’s character here won’t be as silly as it was in S1 and hopefully each episode will be more precise and meatier as not to bore the viewers and dragging a situation just to stretch the series into making another episode. Some Taiwanese writers, producers and directors should follow how the koreans do most of their drama series (recent). Don’t get me wrong TW fans out there, it’s not as if I don’t love them because I will not be featuring them here if I do not but I guess sometimes I find some of them do not know when to stop. Dragging one complication in a story after another is way too much.

On Joyce I’m a managa craze so will definitely watched shows that are shot using managa. I really like ISWAK and watched the vcds over and over again till can even memorised the dialogue. Now my frens are all crazy over Zhi shu (xiao zhong).

On leenie I love this series, I usually dont want many mandarin series, only cantonese since thats my dialect, however this one has been one of the most enjoyable series I have watched in a long timewell besides my fave korean series. I love zhi shu and xian qins love story, so romantic, so touchingit gives me butterflies in my stomach for how much they love each other. Ah I was wondering just like Wella if there will be a season 3 in the makingjust cause the way they ended it was very openI feel like in the near future we will be looking forward to seeing a 3rd one hehe(I hope!)
